These terms cover your use of the Golden Grass Landscaping (“Golden Grass,” “we,” “us”) website and landing pages, the forms on them, and the calls, emails and text messages that follow when you contact us. By using the site you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
What the website is for
The site describes our landscape design, installation, sod replacement and property maintenance services in Central Florida, and lets you request an estimate. Submitting a form is a request to be contacted — it is not a contract, an order or a booked appointment. Any work is agreed separately, after we have seen the property.
Pricing, offers and estimates
- Every property is different, so we price after a walkthrough. Nothing on the site is a fixed quote.
- Promotions shown on the site or in our ads apply under the conditions stated with that offer, and we may end or change an offer at any time. An offer in effect when you sign your service agreement is honored under that agreement.
- Photos and 3-D renders illustrate the kind of work we do. Results depend on your property, plants, irrigation and weather.
Information you give us
You agree the name, phone number, email, property address and ZIP you enter are yours (or that you are authorized to share them) and are accurate. Please don't send payment card numbers or government ID numbers through the website forms.
Text messages (SMS)
- We text marketing and informational messages (appointment reminders, offers, updates) only if you tick the SMS consent checkbox on our form. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can submit the form without it.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email us at the address below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Don't submit fake or someone else's contact details, try to break or overload the site or its forms, or copy our photos, renders, text or logo for your own use without written permission.
Intellectual property
The site's content, including the Golden Grass Landscaping name and logo, belongs to Golden Grass Landscaping or its licensors.
Third-party services
The site uses outside providers for hosting, forms, our CRM and advertising measurement. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Grass Landscaping is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. This section covers the website only — any service guarantee is set out in your service agreement.
