This policy explains what information Golden Grass Landscaping (“Golden Grass,” “we,” “us”) collects from people who contact us through our website, what we do with it, and how you can opt out of communications at any time. It applies to our website, our landing pages, and any calls, emails or text messages we exchange with you.
Who we are
Golden Grass Landscaping provides landscape design, installation, sod replacement and property maintenance to residential, commercial and HOA properties in Central Florida.
We are a mobile service business — we work at our customers' properties and do not operate a storefront open to the public.

What we collect
We only collect what you type into our forms, plus basic technical information sent automatically by your browser:
- Contact details — your name, phone number and email address.
- Property details — the service address and ZIP code, and which service you selected, so we can schedule the right crew and quote accurately.
- Technical and advertising data — page URL, referring page, IP address, and advertising click identifiers (for example a Facebook click ID) so we can tell which ad brought you here.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other government identification through our website forms.
How we use it
- To contact you about the estimate or service you requested.
- To schedule and perform work at the property you gave us.
- To measure which advertising works, including sharing hashed (irreversible) identifiers with advertising platforms such as Meta so they can match a lead to an ad without receiving your raw details.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or share your contact details with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
- By providing your phone number and submitting one of our forms, you agree that Golden Grass Landscaping may call and text you at that number about your estimate request and scheduled service, including via automated technology.
- Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies — typically a few messages relating to your request and appointment.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email above.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except for the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages.
Who we share it with
Only the vendors we need to run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Our CRM and messaging platform, which stores your record and delivers our calls, emails and texts.
- Website and form hosting providers.
- Advertising platforms, which receive hashed identifiers for conversion measurement only.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.
Cookies and tracking
Our pages may set cookies used to measure advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the forms will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

- Calls: tell us and we will stop.

Children
Our services are directed to property owners and decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
